MEMORY OF MR. HALL
Hi, my name is Donna (Park) Mummery. I left Lackland in '73 after my 10th grade year. I do remember Mr. Troy Hall. I never had him as a teacher, but I can remember all the kids saying they had Spanish under him and liked him. I loved to walk by his class! He was tall and commanding in presence and was always so friendly! I remember him being very vivacious and animated, like he really enjoyed teaching!!! Really enjoyed people!
Maybe I should have taken Spanish as I once dated a doctor from Puerto Rico, who spoke Spanish and I went to San Juan where I could have used it! Ha The maids there would talk louder and louder to me, like if they just talked loud ENOUGH, I then could understand Spanish.
Ha Ha Mr. Hall was loved by all!
WHAT I AM DOING NOW
I have been married for fifteen years. No children. My husband is in the Air Force Reserves, but just returned from war (twice), so was active duty. He is an Aircraft Accident Investigator (degree) and a Flight line Expediter at Barksdale AFB, for the B-52's. We have no children.
