Suzy passed away on April 14, 2006 of lung cancer.

Obituary:

Suzy Kruse, 42, of rural Windsor, Missouri, died Friday evening, April 14, 2006, at her home.

She was born October 18, 1963, at the Scott Air Force Base, in Illinois, the daughter of George Harlan Eugene Fields and Carolyn Sue (Miller) Fields. On May 22, 1993, at the Edmondson Baptist Church, Edmondson, Mo., she married Dale Edward Kruse, Sr., who survives of the home.

Suzy was a Registered Nurse and had worked at area nursing homes and hospitals including the Bothwell Regional Health Center in Sedalia and, most recently, at the Golden Valley Memorial Hospital in Clinton. She was a member of the Antioch Baptist Church, Manila, Mo. Suzy was a very hard worker and loved to collect Teddy Bears of all shapes and sizes.

In addition to her husband, Dale, she is survived by her parents, George and Carolyn Fields, Cole Camp, Mo.; paternal grandparents, Andrew and Eva Fields, Millstadt, Illinois; her mother-in-law, Dorothy Kruse, Windsor, Mo.; a son, D.J. Kruse, Sedalia, Mo.; 4 daughters, Connie Bayless, Sedalia, Mo.; Brandy Clark Hicks, Antioch, Tennessee; Caitlyn Miller, Clinton, Mo.; and Tiffany Kruse, of the home; 4 grandchildren, London Bayless, Jasmyn Bayless, John Isaac Bayless, and Raina Lynn Hicks; a sister, Tammy Lanier, Lincoln, Nebraska; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
